In order to calculate negotiating prices in relation to the quality of the property, the home.ch-research team has developed sophisticated methods of examination to evaluate specific deductions, depending on the city and the type of property. home.ch constantly works on improving price sources and calculation methods, in order to be able to deliver the most binding and transparent property price estimates possible at all times. The range of calculation comprises around 95% of market prices, whereby 2.5% of the lowest prices and 2.5% of the highest prices are excluded.
